Lynceus provides world-class security-focused training to law enforcement agencies, businesses and private individuals.
Our courses are accredited by UK Government-licensed educational bodies and are provided by qualified trainers often with military and police backgrounds.

Training for trainers
We provide a range of teacher training courses (PTLLS and CTLLS) for anyone delivering Further Education to adults, to meet compulsory SIA (Security Industry Authority) and LLUK (Lifelong Learning) requirements. Newly qualified trainers often join Lynceus to deliver our other courses.
Learning for law enforcement
We offer BTEC level 3 & 4 qualifications, which are in line with Skills for Justice and National Occupational Standards and can lead to a vocational foundation degree. Our units are combined into bespoke training packages and are transferable between agencies and outside organisations. Courses range from Covert Surveillance to The Evidential Chain.
Personal security courses
Tailored BTEC Level 3 courses focusing on security awareness for the private sector. Courses provide peace of mind for anyone from childcare professionals to corporate executives and include Hostile Environment Awareness Training and Evasive Driving.
